Starting this year, we want to offer a platform for organizers of anime conventions to exchange ideas, network and learn from each other.

Together we can create special experiences and great events for our communities and all anime fans out there. For this purpose, we as anime conventions are in the same boat - and to bring this view to life, we will be holding a conference for organizers of anime conventions again from 2025.

When:

DoKomi Saturday from 12:00 p.m.

Where:

DoKomi B2B room

Program:

Lectures and workshops on relevant topics for convention organizers, followed by open discussion and relaxed networking among the representatives.

Duration:

approx. 2 - 3 hours.

You can take part in an optional guided tour of the DoKomi site beforehand to get to know the convention and its structure in detail.

Participation:
