Workshop leaders as visitors

Workshop leaders receive a free 3-day pass and, if required, another free day ticket for a helper. If more than one helper is required, they will receive a 50% discount on the day ticket. These helpers must be actively involved in your workshop => This means that they do more than just click on the PowerPoint.

If several workshops with different topics are accepted by the same workshop leader, an additional 3-day pass and a day ticket for a helper will be issued for each workshop. The 3-day pass is free to use and can be passed on to friends and family.

Workshop leaders as exhibitors

Workshop leaders who are also exhibitors will receive a discount on their stand bill in the amount of a 3-day pass instead of the free 3-day pass, as well as a guaranteed stand space. Provided that the workshop and stand registration is made by December 15th. Later registrations will not receive a discount on their stand booking, but will receive a free 3-day pass.

If a helper is required, they will receive a free day ticket. If more than one helper is required, they will receive a 50% discount on the day ticket. One of the helpers can act as a stand representative.

If several workshops with different topics are accepted by the same workshop leader, an additional 3-day pass and a day ticket for a helper will be issued for each workshop. These additional tickets cannot be offset against the stand booking, but are for free use and may be passed on to friends and family.

Reimbursement of material costs

If you wish, you can apply for a refund of material costs here; the amount that will be refunded depends on how many workshop instructors apply for a refund. The available budget will be divided among all applicants. Please note that (pro-rata) reimbursement is only possible with proof of receipts/invoices. Only applications submitted at the time of application can be considered. Subsequent applications for reimbursement can no longer be considered. Only material not provided by DoKomi can be reimbursed.
